Returns

ACEPTAN CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND REVOLUTIONS?

Unfortunately, SOHO DESING was unable to offer product returns or exchanges once it was shipped from our factory. The only case in which this would occur would be in covered situations, when an item is damaged or defective. Only items like these are eligible for return.

If you wish to cancel your order, this can only happen if your order has not been shipped and will be at the complete discretion of Soho Design. However, if this is requested and granted, your request will be refunded minus a 10% replacement fee.

If your order is shipped, refunds or cancellations cannot be made. This replacement fee covers the administration time for the replacement of your items, as well as the fees and charges incurred by Soho Design and is calculated based on the total order, including shipping.

For all packages that have been returned to the sender because they were not collected at the postal office or were sent incorrectly, the return fee must also be paid to the sender.

Out of stock items: on rare occasions, an item is out of stock, it will be refunded through your payment method.

No item or custom-made product is eligible for refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Communicate with your credit card company; Some time may pass before your refund is officially published.

Further contact your bank. There is still some processing time before a refund is issued.

Items on offer

You can only refund the items at the regular price. Items on offer cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change it for the same article, send an email to {email address} and send your article to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must send it by mail to the address of the Soho Design company.

Usted will be responsible for paying its own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to arrive at the exchanged product may vary.

If you return more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return item.
